This was finally released yesterday nationwide in select theaters, wondering if anyone has seen it? Says it was released VOD but I can't find a streaming site for it.

Saw it last night. It was rad! So many great nods to the culture, and so many great new quoteables. Saw it at Alamo Drafthouse, the pre-film stuff was right on as well. Kinda want to see it again.

Good to hear, found it on vimeo through turbo-kid.com but I have yet to use vimeo, hoping to stream it through my roku. If I purchase it on my account will it pick it up on my tv? Don't want to waste 5 bucks on my PC screen

Got it to work, totally worth the fee. Epic movie, brought me back to my childhood with all the nostalgia. The film did something that only old school movies do which was to take you on an adventure, Like watching The Explorers but with gratuitous blood and an awesome sound track!

I saw it in a festival a couple months ago. A fun little film that avoids the temptation of just being a joke and manages to have a solid story structure the whole way through. The girl's character is very funny.

Besides which, even if it's a gay bukkake porn...if you have Michael Ironside in it, it's probably got a good/campy story.

Someone else just mentioned this movie to me this week. He said it's basically everything that was great about movies in the 80s but with a modern touch. Gonna have to check it out since I'm a child of the 80s.

Just watched the first 30 minutes of this movie and had to pause to come share. Bros, if this keeps up it beats out Mad Max for my #1 movie of 2015. Holy shit this movie is good so far.

Yea, this movie was really great. It's a tribute to the cheesy, campy, awesome movies of the 80s. The soundtrack especially.

Watched it last night on netflix and thought anything with Michael Ironside should hold my interest for a minute or two. It was really well done. Would recommend.

For some reason the girl did it for me. Had to look her up. Yeah she's definitely a looker.

kungfury is hipster trash. it doesn't understand what its lampooning. Just tosses around 80-90's sounding references.

This is more like Danger 5 or Italian spiderman. they knew what they were doing, to nail the feel of 80's afterschool special/VHS movies.

She's smoking hot, especially since she seems to be red head in almost everything else.
