That's interesting, but it's way easier to spoof followers than viewers. I imagine anyone who really wanted to be partnered on Mixer would easily do that. Probably people running bot accounts that give massive follows on Mixer too. Twitch used to have people who would do that, but as far as I know most of them were shut down.
For a partnership 75 viewers average (they say monthly, but it's not. It's like for a week or something. Real weird. You can get affiliate in a week of starting and it's supposed to be ~3 people for a month I think as well) is pretty hard. Especially for people who 'come up' in new games. The best I did was like 30-50 viewers for a week or two doing Shards of Aria, but the longevity of that game wasn't even a month. Not really sure they should knock it down to 25 or 50, I'm not how sure the Partner perks are on their hardware since that's pretty much all Partners get out of it. Some better streaming options (resolution stuff, squad streaming, etc) and most of the emote stuff you can still get as an affiliate.
