Any channel should have the same ESRB as the highest age rated game you've played in the past 6 months. The rating should be displayed alongside the channel name.

It's also based on what you VIEW, not on just what you follow. I checked for me that body painter was like 8 and that hot tub girl you're complaining about was like 32ish down the page.

I clicked on that section for the first time in months to prove a point. I launch Twitch, go to my follows page and see if anybody I follow is doing something I care about. Otherwise, I don't click on anything.
