What is "common sense" and how do you deem something is "overtly sexual" though? The nature of the beast is that rules will be set and then some people will try to explore the limits of these rules, which automatically will result in some back and forth. That will happen no matter what the rules are.

Also, little reality check: going by Twitch Tracker ranking (which is an aggregate of different stats) I counted 11 female streamers in the Top 200, 3 of them being very tame VTubers, 6 being gamers or "just chatters" and 2 being "titty streamers" (with one currently suspended or banned). Pearls gotta be clutched I guess, but... yeah...
