South Korea doesn't permit desecration of any flag regardless of country. He's facing up to 2 years in prison.

Any certifiable damage to these flags from the evidence collected will result in indictment.

So that he can accumulate more jail time. It's not like he committed any violent crimes and they seized his passport so he can't get out of the country.

Although this could be something that happened a while ago and is only now going viral, wasn't he banned from kick?

He's on Parti most recently. A streaming service backed by Jack Doherty. He's been banned on Kick for several months maybe a year.

Additionally he's under investigation for 3 charges of child abuse for twerking/allowing sexual text-to-speech in front of kids on the train last year. This is a new indictment expected to sink him for jail time alongside the deepfake indictment even if the public nuisance stuff doesn't yield significant jail time. I haven't posted anything on the child abuse charges because I was waiting for an actual indictment. But prosecutors rarely back off in Korea. His lawyer has tried to have 1 on 1 meetings with prosecutors to drop the child abuse charges.

That was yesterday. He wasn't arrested either, he was just detained. From what I got from Legal Mindset, they won't put him into an actual jail until he gets actually found guilty in court. They have bled him dry because he's not allowed to work and he has been booted off all platforms. That other Korean dude Hank is bankrolling him and running his accounts under his name so they can still do "content" and get money. Apparently Hank is planning to flea to China soon.

Are you really believing that Ice Poseidon shit? There have been people after Legal Mindset for years and other youtube channels have proven he is a real practicing lawyer and has his license in Florida.

Even if he's a licensed lawyer, I'd like to see the stamps on his passport and how many trips to Thailand he's taken.

Would take him 2 seconds to prove beyond a doubt that he's not a sexpat.
