Frankly the war crests seem to come pretty easy between the weekly RVR bonuses, the weekend warfronts, and the zone lock bags seem to give alot. I just need 1 more genesis trinket then ill be able to get crests out of the those too. I finished my RR 40-45 set bit it looks like now will be a bit of a grind till I can get the next set from RR 55-60. Still get my ass handed to be by most people however I'm mitigating that by running in an open warband.

Only thing is when I play order is regularly at 58%+ pop so we (on destro) get rolled pretty hard. I have some lower level characters i'm playing too though to alleviate the pain, Chosen with 2 handed axe is damn fun in tier 1.

Are Warpriests still OP? One of the few classes I had fun healing on. AOE heal + Cleanse and can near infinite spam once you got that keep raid hammer.

All WP specs are viable. Grace is the one that is a cut above the rest, but isn't quite OP. Salvation is ezmode healing while you're undergeared.

It kicked every MMO's ass up to level 20, and then was moderately fun to level 30.

After that, everything, and every aspect of the game took a giant nosedive.

This is the only MMO where I did pretty much nothing but PvP and slideshow pvp raids playing with <Grudge>.

This game was a ton of fun at the original launch. Leveling was definitely the highlight. Nothing to do at endgame was a killer.

PVP giving exp was the best, although I liked the world events too.

Having most zones have a chaos side and an order side and then putting public quests in areas those places meet so you can PvP and PvE at the same time was so good I'm sad no one has ripped it off. The public quest system in general was really nice.

The level 40+ balance was atrocious and people hated combat compared to 20-30.

They failed to capture that early game fun combat feeling for the end game which would have killed it regardless if there was stuff to do or not. There was literally a certain bracket you hit where suddenly everything changes. It was jarring. And then all of these negatives started showing up in scenarios and just kept piling up. Scenarios became a chore.

Leveling wasn't the issue because the game was still moderately fun in the mid 30's and scenarios were tolerable. So saying "only the newbie 20 bracket was fun when things were less complicated" wouldn't be accurate.

Somehow the design managed to fuck everything up in the next bracket heading into the 40's. "The meta" in combat was not fun at all.

I remember having an Order main and then a Chaos alt I farmed for exp. Then I realized how stupid this game was and quit.

I remember the game being pretty fun up to a point. We had a pretty big group, just basically my wow guild that had been burned out with that game, and we were all big PVP folks. We rolled order thinking they would be the underdogs.

Had planned on playing a witch hunter because during the beta I was having a blast and the skirmishes or whatever the hell they were. Launch day comes everybody's rolling characters, and nobody makes a tank. Not a big deal for some of the public events which were amazing, but we got the one and couldn't beat it. I said fine I'll go back help me level a tank, so everybody powered me through. Think it was the elf swordmaster, because the human one wasn't available, I don't remember what the hell they were called, night of the blazing Sun maybe.

Being able to level up in PvP was what made that game. The public events were great, but all we did was go in the matches Non-Stop. Did a couple of keep sieges, and it was just a stutter fest.

Everybody ended up making alts, and really enjoyed playing the White Lion. I think that was my highest level character and then everybody jumped ship for lich King.

I remember the one raid dungeon we did was pretty awesome. I think it was a bunch of scaven. There was definitely good bones, it's just a shame they couldn't fill out the rest of the body. At least the game was trying to do something new.

The skaven one I did was the warp rat tunnels and sewer under Altdorf

The ninja mouse and grand warlock engineer in their respective dungeons were great fights
