They've been steadily upping the prediction here all day (NW Virginia) The Washington DC weather guys are orgasming on live TV because of this.Weather underground just bumped my overnight totals from 5-8 to 8-12, some places expecting it to stay colder longer with possibly an all snow event.
Already a dusting on the roads and wasn't supposed to start for another hour here.
Some people are not suited to northern living due to the fact that they are huge pussies. We don't need them and we are happy to let California have them. But dude! Seasons!
LOL.Raleigh is apparently no better than Atlanta
If it was the apocalypse there'd be perfect spacing between the abandoned cars so you could drive across entire interstates and cities.THIS IS WHAT APOCALYPSE LOOKS LIKE.
ahahaha. If it was the apocalypse there'd be perfect spacing between the abandoned cars so you could drive across entire interstates and cities.
I agree although you have to admit, it started coming down hard like I've never seen here and I've been here around 10 years. My street was completely covered in 20-30 minutes.LOL.
It's really not. Even the local newscasters started trying to shame people for being idiots.
This is the city that completely shit itself a few years ago over half an inch of ice. Same thing this time. Everyone waited until they saw snowflakes falling... and then everyone left work at the same time. Everybody.
You would think that since this state is 75% New Jersey transplants anyway they'd at least know how to drive.
it wasnt much at all. It did rain but it was mostly just drizzle. Im in Merced about 45 min north of Fresno. It was mostly just really cloudy.Did you not get any of the rain the past week? It rained for 5-6 straight days here. Snow in the mountains too.
I used to live in Coarsegold and work in Oakhurst. Loved that area. We used to come up from southern California to Bass lake every year almost since my mom was a kid .it wasnt much at all. It did rain but it was mostly just drizzle. Im in Merced about 45 min north of Fresno. It was mostly just really cloudy.
Part of the problem with this one was that it came on so fast and stuck immediately. I went to pick up my kid from school and it started when I was halfway home. By the time I got home (15 minutes later) the roads were complete shit and I was skidding out going into my driveway. One of the biggest problems after it had gone on for a while was that people abandoned their cars making it multitudes harder for them to do any cleanup.LOL.
