Uh yeah, that's not from the outside temperature unless it's pushing 200 degrees in Arizona.

I don't think plastic or acrylic is going to melt at 115 degrees.

Climate change 115 degrees is hotter than non climate change 115, it's science.

Just the tip. Only forecast for 0.5" of rain so only worried at the wind damage part.

Don't get your hopes up.
Those storms rolled past me at 3am and I got excited when I saw dark red and white on the radar.
Then they split up and went north and south of me and I rolled over mad thunder wouldn't bring my thunder buddies back to bed.

I was in Cabo weekend before last for a little family vacation. So glad I don’t live in 93F and 65% humidity. It would only cool off to 83 overnight.

Not getting much wind only rain where I am
edit: this is a cherry-picked peak rate, dropped to around half that very quickly

Being in Kentucky and doing insurance work I learned quite a bit about hail.
It's sort of like the differences of freezing rain, freezing sleet, actual ice, snow, wet snow and so on.
Sometimes it is frozen up high and falls down to warm areas, sometimes it starts as rain and freezes close to ground. Sometimes it starts as one thing say ice, melts in a middle warm air pocket and freezes again before ground and so on.
We actually believe it or not live in a very hostile planet. We have simply adapted.

We had a mild start to the summer but the past couple weeks have all been 105ish. Today was under 100 and soooo nice. My AC can handle sub 100 temps.

Yeah, temperatures have been pretty high, but it has been over 90% humidity for about 3 weeks now. I hate it.
