So this is the last week of the 12 week "Biggest Loser" thing at work. Wed is the last weigh in. I feel pretty good and im still in the lead. Im down roughly 15%, but the dude that was in 2nd place has not weighed in for the past 2 weeks so I dont know WTF is up, did he quit? Is he trying to pull some shady shit? Last time he weighed in I was a good 2% ahead of him.

Dudes have been telling me that some pull some water tricks the last week to two to shed some last minute water weight. But meh, if you're gonna go out like a sap and risk bodily harm over some $300, than go for it. I feel good about doing what I have been doing. Willpower and determination. I started at about 274 and im down to almost 225 now.

One guy told me that last time this thing ran at work, like a year ago, some fucknut was even wearing a sweat suit (the kind that wrestlers wear to shed water for the match weigh in) the last couple of days and almost passed out at the wheel coming in to work the last day to weigh in, lol. Things that people will do to win $300.
This won't work if you're already low carb, if you really want to shed a few extra kg then eating under 50g carbs per day at least 7 days before the weigh in will definitely work

So ive read some on some last minute water weight loss. Not sure if I should be doing this. The article says to cut down water to 1/3 1 day before weigh in and that night dont eat anything other than some veggies and no salt, starch or red meat. Do a couple of 10 min hot bath soaks to sweat out some water. Then the morning of the weigh in, dont take a shower and dont drink at all until the weigh in, which for me is 11AM. This is all supplemented with taking some dandelion root extract a couple of days before as well. the results to expect is about 5 lb loss in water weight. Oh the weigh in is this wed.

Should I try this shit or am I crazy? I know the dude im competing against is trying to pull some shit too. Other sources told me that this is why he has not been weighing in and still thinks he can win. At this point its not about the money but to beat this fag which thinks he can beat me.

The title of that link is "How to lose 30 pounds in 24 hours". Do you really need to ask if you should be doing that shit?

Don't reward the people that are already fit and healthy and encourage the ones that aren't to risk their health for a stupid prize. Contest working!

In all fairness the people who do those competitions are already typically at a high severity of risk to their own health. "Let's see here... dehydration or diabetes... hrmmm".

Im taking about 5-7 lbs of water weight, not 30. did you even read my post? Or just saw and read "Lose 30 lbs in 24hrs?"

Anyway, the article was done for competitive weightlifters, wrestlers and boxers which struggle with weigh in problems and resort to other even more unhealthy ways of losing body weight like prescription diuretics. This offers a safer alternative. Although the article states that its still dangerous to fuck with bodys water balance.

Still what could taking a hot bath the night before hurt? Again, im only taking about 5-7 lbs not 30.

I'd just take a nice shit, a long piss, and skip breakfast on the morning of the weigh-in.

I like how you espouse your willpower and determination and call him a sap, then less than 2 hours later you rationalize doing exactly what he's doing TO BEAT THIS FAG.

If you cut out all sodium 2-3 days before and don't drink anything starting the afternoon the day before your weigh in you should be able to cut a good 5lbs without putting yourself at much risk.

So I ended up winning. Only by 1/2% lol, but I won. This last weigh in I was down 7lbs, 2.8% for a grand total of 17.3% over the 12 weeks. I started at 274 and ended at roughly 224. I didn't do anything drastic last week but I did not eat much for 2 days and the last day and a half I barely drank anything. I didnt do any crazy hot baths or anything like that, I was too lazy last night.

Now to buy some new work clothes, lol.
