Another 2.3 lbs this week, under 360 now. from 6XLT at my highest to 2XLTs now. Just wish I could fast forward about a year hah.

Since I started my new job, I've gained almost 40 pounds. Feels bad bros.

I bought a water rower, should be here Monday, and I'm going to do cardio everyday, and switch to a diet of lean protein and vegetables, to hopefully shed all this weight.

I feel you. Think I gained 50 pounds from old job too...just sitting there...and getting samosas for my boss every day....

So I got my WaterRower on monday, and I've been using it every day. Holy shit it wears me out fast, just shows how badly out of shape I am.

I was 254 this weekend, hope to be under 250 in the next 2 weeks. It's surreal, I'm fitting into all my old clothes now.

Awesome Ala. Eventually you'll stop shrinking and I plan on catching you hah.

Going on vacation for the first time in 2.5 years in January. Not gonna have a car so I started couch to 5k today so I'll be able to walk around all over the place. Freaking app said I burned 600+ calories in 30 minutes on about 2.5 miles. That seems insanely high.

Anyway, 67lbs in 5 months. If I add this running to the lifting maybe I can do the next 67 in 4 months. Fuck this fat.

While I was drunk I let my wife talk me into one of those 5k walk for the cures she's in great shape and without me knowing she signed us up for 5 total with 2 on the same weekend and after doing these first two walks I was hurting all over but I also made a plan to get in shape, I am 46 6'1 and my weight was 315lbs.

I started my plan two weeks ago and I am sick of the yoyo diet bullshit so I thought I would address what got me to 315 in the first place I was skipping breakfast eating fast food every day for lunch and drinking 2 cases of beer each week ,every day I would consume 3,000 to 6,000 calories with no exercise my new plan is to give up all fast food, drink no more than once a month and eat whole foods with a focus on high protein ( I shoot for 200grams a day). I also plan to walk 5 hours a week and lift weights 4 days a week.

I am two weeks in and I am down to 305 ( -10lbs) I have stuck to my goals 100% so far, I still am having many of those weight lifting started pains but I assume in another week they will go away and I can push much harder.

I have never done a diet so high in protein before but what I am loving about it is I stay so full I am able to ignore my cravings. I have managed to keep my calories around 2,000 a day so far.

So its been about 2yrs basically being on a keto type diet. No counting calories, not watching what I eat at all except the carb thing, didnt even do one oz of exercise, lol. Havent gained any weight back at all. Steady at 185-190. With about less than 100g carbs per day, but on most days its probably closer to 50g. Been drinking like a fish this summer too. Getting my numbers checked next month again for work insurance shit and well see. Last year they were perfect coming from a pretty much pre-diabetic fat ass at 270.

That's awesome Mkopec. I did keto for 1.5 months but switched back to a balanced diet because I was losing faster that way and I fucking love watermelon.

Four couch to 5k runs this week in addition to lifting. I lost 5.5 lbs and ran/jogged/walked/staggered almost 10 miles. I am sore as fuck in my hips and ribs for some fucking reason, not my legs.

Under 347 now. I can see 299 shimmering in the distance. I haven't been under 300 since like sophomore year of high school. No loss of motivation at all, I just want to go even faster. Progress is an addictive thing man.

Once I get all this weight off I'm going to have this huge surplus of energy/focus I'm going to have to direct somewhere. Fun problem to have.

I weighed in today at 300 ( down 5lbs this week ) I am walking an hour a day Mon-Fri and trying to do a 5 day workout split on the same days.

Weight loss is fucking stupid. I was 339.6 yesterday. I ate over 2000 calories of my normal shit. Did nothing special. Ran like 2 miles, saw a movie. Woke up this morning: 335.6. Where the fuck did those 4 lbs go? I'm always hydrated, nothing changed, still 4 lbs gone overnight for no reason. I had to weigh 3 times because I couldn't believe it.

Shit makes no sense.

I'd go easy on the running if you weigh that much. My joints hurt after a good run sometimes and I weigh 183...
