Yeah, this season has been pretty good but that was maybe the worse of 6 so far. Gizmo always brings the show down

Going to miss this show, a little up and down over the 6 seasons but most of the characters were incredible the whole run. Fantastic lol fake out ending in the middle of the finale. Solid ending overall. Laszlo will be one of my favorite tv characters forever.

It's going to be a real bummer seeing this show end. I have some really good memories in my life from the first few seasons that this show always evokes on rewatches, not to mention they still hold up well.
That said, the past few seasons have been very hit and miss for me, mostly miss. Even this latest season has been pretty "meh" most of the time. A few standout lines from Colin and Lazlo, but otherwise I've watched most episodes without even a chuckle.
I think it's for the best that this is the last season (I even mentioned last season that this should probably be their last), but it'll still suck to see it go.

I agree, it was fine. Could have been worse, could have been better. I felt like they gave too much time to Cravenworth's monster, especially as the newest addition. At least we got a Jackie Daytona appearance. I felt they wouldn't be able to get away without that bit of fan service.
It does make me wonder if they had any aspirations for main characters or felt disappointed when Lazlo / Colin Robinson took most of the shine. At least from my perspective, those two were top tier. I was never terribly fond of The Guide or Guillermo. It was then Nandor > Nadja / doll somewhere in the middle.

Agree I did not like the addition of the Guide. I think Kristin Schaal is very funny but her character didnt work. I thought Guillermo was funny in the first couple of seasons. But after he went rogue and tried to become a vampire and stand on his own, he just became the annoying gay wuss.

I just finished. I noticed those two lines too. Were there others? "Receive my limp penis", "He touched my penis" and "Democracy manifest" would have all been pretty natural for him.
Yeah, I was hoping for cameos from the werewolves or that weird girl they turned into a vampire. But it was pretty good overall. I got to looking back at the seasons, and Season 1 was far and away the best. It had most of the good shit.
Did you see the extra hypnosis alternate endings? The first one was good.
