Plaintiff's attorneys love taking this type of shit on contingency if you have any real damages. Look up some good plaintiff's personal injury lawyers in your city and find the reputable ones and go down and they'll send you to the proper experts to get evaluated. Shouldn't cost you a dime if you have a viable case against someone with money or insurance coverage.

2) Was going to do four things before work, each thing requiring the thing before it. The first thing wasn't open when I wanted it. But it would be in 30 minutes. After 30, check again and still locked. Read again and notice drive through is now, but I need inside which is another 30. After now an hour, still locked. Cars in parking lot. Only one building around; only one business in building. Check windows and darkness. 3 cars leave drive-thru and roll down window to tell me that's closed too.
So not only can't I do those 4 things; but also I wasted an hour. A note would have alleviated all of this. And I now have to shit.

Just curious, how is that stuff in the picture different from black mold on windows? I get that shit continuously because they're windows from the 70's that are poorly insulated. I go around every year with a toothbrush and scrub the weatherstripping with a bleach solution but it always comes back.

That's probably mildew, which can also be black, from humidity and whatnot on your single pane windows. Black mold grows in dark and damp environments, which windows arent typically, and cause respiratory issues.

Do you have a local university with law courses? They tend to have numbers you can call for free advice when it comes to tenancy laws and the like. Tenancy board might be worth looking into as well.
