It has been 5 weeks since CBT2 started, right? And, I remember one of the devs tweeting last week about getting patch notes together. Really hoping for CBT3 to start today, along wish a fresh wave of invites!

I also think the combat looked a bit more intense then it really is because he was doing a 5 man dungeon by himself therefore all the bosses abilities was focused on him plus everything else. Instead of rotating between 5 people.

It's PR. They are waiting for the big reveal at Gamescom/PAX. I wonder how much traction you actually get from a class reveal at this point in development?

Target launch is probably what November/December I would guess? Unless they run into some really rough problems. So 5-6 months. Yeah I would hope to see new classes in the next 2 months to give them any kind of testing and balancing.
Edit : Completely forgot about that(to what draegan said). That makes much more sense, leave a reveal like that to a big convention.
Edit2: I like this line right at the start of those notes : "Expect many testers to discover effective griefing methods during this beta phase." Since its the first time its both factions at once.

I wouldn't think much considering that people who really wanted to know already do.
I would think you would want to reveal classes outside of game conventions. At a show, you're gonna get press no matter what. You can at least extend interest with class reveals inbetween big events.

They have to implement some kind of tech based class. I mean right now you have:
Standard Warrior
Standard Rogue (Stalker)
Standard Mage (Spellslinger, Mage with a heal spec)
Standard Mage2 (Esper which is a Mage with illusiony based spells and heals)
The only difference is the Spellslinger uses pistols with their animations.
Seems bland to me. I hope to see at least an engineer that uses guns, cannons, robots and other tech. Same thing with the medic.
