A bunch of other people are having the issue if the Official Forums say anything. My problem is I bought the game directly from Carbine and apparently you have to apply the code. I don't know why this is the case and it didn't just autoflag my account. In any case, I had to do that tonight. My account says Active though on the account page.

My bet is that their servers are shitting the bed and the account portions aren't being updated in real time. Probably should go back to sleep.

This is pretty bad. I'd understand getting dc'd after getting in game but not even being able to log in. Pretty crazy.

If you make it through the line and come up to a blank screen, just exit out and log back in. You'll skip the line and head straight to character creator.

Unable to claim any of the pre-order / closed beta items either. Sucks.

I thought WS wasn't going to have login queues, and just dump people into overflow instances like GW2?

Is there a way to go from Crimson Isle to Ellevar? I never liked Deradune, would prefer questing in Ellevar, buuut I made a Draken.

Been playing for a bit. Zero issues since I logged in (like 2 minutes after I last posted) and the server has been stable since. Granted, of course even if I'm 2 seconds late some asshole has to pick "Rezz" as their character name and then never play the damn thing again. So in on Dominion side as Elrezz, a warrior/settler atm.

Of course my guild rolls on the full server, haha.
I don't mind waiting in the queue though, I'm glad I waited to play and didn't stay up until 3. I've learned my lesson of borked servers at launch over the years.

Man, the game is night and day from closed beta. Waaay more polished than I thought it'd be. Very nice so far.
