Apple Rethinks Its Movie Strategy After a String of Misses
“Wolfs,” a new film starring George Clooney and Brad Pitt, was going to get a robust theatrical release. But the company is curtailing that plan.
Apple puts out a bunch of failures, gets cold feet, pulls the one movie that actually would make money in theaters to stick on their streaming service. The high seas will get it faster at least.

Not enough substance to the world the movie is supposed to be in. The writers or director were more interested in portraying the actors Clooney vs Pitt than the actual characters. We note how Ryan Reynolds, The Rock, etc play themselves every movie but this showing was thinner than that. Nothing clever here and you might as well rewatch Fight Club or Michael Clayton instead.

I saw this last night. It was interesting enough, but never had a real "wow" moment. The concept is two people have the same job of cleaning up dead bodies, and neither knew the other existed... however everyone they deal with have helped both in the past. They get into a situation and not a lot happens. They work through some of the events, but then get added to different troubles. Then the movie just ends without resolving anything. Sorry for the spoilers, if you wanna call those words a spoiler.
