The Dutch defense really is impressive. They haven't lost a single game during this tournament during regulation time. They defend against free kicks like bosses, and it isn't because the keeper is so stellar.

I don't really see him dive completely, he usually takes a minor hit and decides to fall on it. It's less scumbaggy than e.g. Marcello's fall in the Mexico game, but not by much.

In this case, I'm not seeing any diving. He got hit while sprinting in the feet, you can trip from less at slower speeds.

The Dutch need to keep playing. They're not aggressive here, and 2 goals can happen mighty quickly. Granted, it's unlikely from this Brasil team, but the ref is helping them as much as he can.

Damn. First yellow for diving in the entire tournament given to the home team in the penultimate match.

And that was totally a dive. Not a clear hit. The penalty was correct, I think, and my commentators are saying the same.

Didn't they show you the camera that got it from the front? You can see his entire leg shaking from the impact to the knee.

Didn't see that. I'm fine with being wrong, though. Just more ammunition that this ref sucks the balls of donkeys.

This is turning into some uninspiring soccer/futbol. Hulk is the only one on the field who seems to be working his ass off.
