Yeah thats not how I remember it either, although it was a long time ago. But common sense would dictate that you hang out in some lowbie zones one shotting lowbies to get honor instead of the high level ones? You know, the whole path of least resistance. Or am I mising something?

Do you get experience from killing level 10 mobs at 60?

No.

You only get honor from players that are green to you and it's less than you would from equal level players. At 60 that would mean only 50 or higher give you honor.

Level 48+ is food for 60s (I'm 55, sucks to be me). At least I got all the BRD quests picked up last night.

1v1 is the best way to grind honor anyway. There are diminishing returns on killing the same person over and over in the same day, so you want as much of the honor for killing them as possible. Only doing a small portion of their health because other people are killing them, or being in a raid and splitting honor between everyone, is very inefficient unless there is a constant supply of new players so you don't get hit by DR.

Horde significantly outnumber alliance on whiteman that's for sure, so there's probably less honor to be had but plenty of backup to be had

At least the ally are still out there. I was herbing in Felwood and got eaten by two or three different roving ally groups. Reign, Risen, and COZY groups.

honestly this pvp shit is dumb lmao it's just going to be 3-4 months of camping flight masters & you're gonna turn off so many new players/slow levelers if they don't just release at least WSG early

I'm still having a good time but the knowledge that I was never going to get an alt anywhere near ready in time kept me from even bothering to make something to complement my primary. With the numbers, coordination and experience of the current player base large areas of the game can be rendered inoperable for long periods of time. It's an interesting spectacle and it can be a good time to get in on but basic game elements (leveling, farming) are a hellscape.

If they aren't willing to open up at least WSG early than I hope their next batch of free transfers includes at least a little PvP -> PvE server action.

also yeah, it's become impossible to level any alts whatsoever right now for sure, unless you're interested in running ZF and BRD 900,000 times
