I farm RTV/Chief in Winterspring and there are a ton of hunter bots doing it. Or they're just bad hunters making a pittance gold farming I guess if they're not bots.

Hit 60 on my rogue with my ridiculous schedule for work, full prebis outside of trinkets and still need some enchants and my epic mount.
Got my rl buddy to play that hasn't played since 2009 that rolled druid and is having a blast.
I basically have a shitload of gold farming to do, which is kinda shitty with how populated the servers are, like I dabbled in trying to get crusader recipe and there's always 3-4 people at the tower on all layers.
Still not quite sure how to go about it, I've had some decent luck on drops farming ogres in burning steppes but that shit gets old after a while.
If anyone has some tips on places to fit into a farming rotation that would be cool.

Herbalism/mining is easy money, rogues can pick pocket in BRD but it seems pretty boring.
I do 2 daily undeath to water transmutes but the recipe is way too expensive now to be worth doing.90% of my gold is from selling a t1 priest bracer for 3k though lol
Theres probably stealth shit you two can do, drop runs maybe? but you might need more people for that

Instance farming is almsot always the safest bet on populated servers. There's a number that work well for rogues solo and are easy to find guides for on YouTube.
If your buddy is a druid, one of the mor effecient farms you could do together would be DM Tributes stealth runs and if you do it around raid time could also make decent semi-afk coin selling buffs since there's always lines and people trying to snag them last-minute.

Will be tonight. Was liquidating all my mats and such at the higher prices and picked up a few Skullflame Shields and a Nostro's that for whatever reason are basically the only things listed above Nightslayer prices (at 2x! $$$)

I doubt Blizzard will do any rollbacks due to DDoS, so this is likely the end of the HC server. The alliance population was already sparse and OnlyFangs was the only thing keeping the horde population respectable. If Blizzard announces Classic+ in the next couple months, then you can pretty much guess Blizzard allowed this to happen so they could have people ready to move on to the next FOMO.

The population had already tanked on the Anniversary servers. I'm sure Blizzard thought the promise of TBC would keep people around through the phases more than it has. This is Blizzard pulling the plug.

I know people asked explicitly for a repeat of the 2019 format but the unlock schedule is really slow. Four months just to get to BWL for a playerbase that no longer finds this content novel is a lot to ask of people in this modern age.

Back in the Diablo2 days, some 25 years ago... I rip on my 93 classic HC barb (iron maiden got me after a long night shift in CS, was barely awake). Servers went kaput a couple hours later, being crashed to dupe items or some shit like that. They did a rollback, ended up with my char being half-dead. Flagged as dead, couldn't play, but able to do some stuff dead HC chars couldn't. Contacted support and asked them to either make me dead dead or rollback me properly to alive, and they did the latter, no questions asked ;P.
