i have no idea wtf is up with this character, i have done 1 +10, tos on heroic and normal, daily emissary's, and a few invasions. nothing out of the ordinary.

So I'm going to tell a story. You let me know if you could see this happening to Blizzard.

Many moons ago, in Asheron's Call, people started to question their 'luck' with agro and the like. Some people would be able to shove a sword into a Tusker's ass for days and never have it turn on them and others would run past a fight that's been going on for 5 minutes and the mob would immediately disengage and run after the poor dude. People complained. Over and over. For months and even years. Devs said "no retards, that's not how any of this works!" In particular, one guy named Wi had terrible, terrible luck. Every few weeks he'd post again. Screenshots and evidence, corroborated stories. But the devs held firm that all players were retards.

Then about 2 years into the game, there was a developer update. Very sheepishly, they admitted they had found a bug because deep down in a core RNG method, they didn't realize that someone had tokenized character name to act as a seed for the RNG. No one had ever bothered to look. Certain character strings (especially short ones) yielded extremely biased RNG results which affected everything from agro to loot. It was known as the "Wi Flag".

I'm not saying but I'm kinda saying, nameen.

I'm going all in on this new expac shit, Blizz better not disppoint. By all-in, I mean I'm just buying the season pass because I'm hoping it provides at least a few hours of interesting to watch content or something.

If anyone remembers when I played Akylie, the loot would just shit out of the slot machine all the f'n time for that character. Legendaries, Epics etc. etc. The Hunter I have I feel is middle of the road (not abundant, but not slight) and the monk I have is on the opposite spectrum compared to akylie and gets shit on, instead. Its less noticeable with loot council and raiding, but the legendary drop factor is still pretty evident.

Simply put, I am a firm believer that the Legendary drop rate is fucked up somewhere or characters have a "luck" modifier that we dont know about. Integral items that keep you away from your hub of power in dps, healing or tanking should not be locked away by Drop Chance RNG and then another level of fuckerry by getting one out of a possible 30 different legendaries when only three are worth having.

I mean this all probably confirmation bias but I can see what you guys are talking about. My druid who I've only played for two months and not in the hardcore grindy blp farm method already has seven legos. My shaman who is basically just an enchant and alchemist bot gets one every time I bother to do any content with them for a week. I can shelve it for months and bam when I feel like dicking around on it there is a lego drop. The second is especially odd because you aren't supposed to build blp unless you actually play the character. My warrior and hunter on the other hand have seen extensive play for roughly the length of the xpac and they only have five legos a piece for what has to be six plus months of constant play on both toons.

Granted I am the opposite type of player for this lego system. I play alts too often and would probably have maxed at least one toon on legos given the right RnG if I stuck with just playing a single class.

Who knows, it's blizzard/activision and activision just got caught patenting microtransaction matchmaking so it would put you in games with people who have the gun you're most likely aiming for based on statistics and the gun you're using and are better players than you, so you'll be more inclined to purchase that weapon in the store after getting completely shat on.

It absolutely wouldn't surprise me if blizzard has some sort of "oh hey this guy might quit" system for legendaries that make the RNG more inclined to feed them items quicker. Pure speculation out of my asshole of course, but I'm just saying it wouldn't surprise me.

Yes but in order to get rid of him you have to give him 14,286 Azshards.

Azshards only drop in stacks of one during the random invasion event that happens at 3am-4:27am on every 3rd Thursday of the month. You have to do the prequest to get the Azshard collector from Whogivesashit Bronzebeard in Uldum at Exhaled Rep with the Army of Boats & Hoes.

So I'm sure Blizzcon will get me excited for pre-expac nonsense and I'll resub. What specs/classes are pure garbage right now so I can avoid them? My warrior has almost all fury artis and was 1337 mythic raider before RNG shot my guild in the forehead, but I also quite enjoyed DH and hunter.

I also tried making Disc work but it never clicked. I have almost all at 110 though (missing Druid IIRC).

Yea but don't forget, you can only see the ground spawns if you have the engineering goggles on which reduce your movement speed by 75%.

Also Jaina will randomly be a cunt then teleport out for 12 months. And a new Warchief will have to be elected since we've had the same one for a few hours. Maybe Trade Prince Gallywix this time.

The 3 classes you listed are great.

Disc is really really really hard to play well. I'd say it's garbage for 99% of people.

I have hated this lego system for this very reason and that I have been anus fucked hard by it.
