That's a good question. In Beta they had placeholders for a bunch of cutscenes, or an NPC would just say "<COOL EVENT HAPPENS HERE>". Maybe they think it will drum up interest in the game or something?

I dont know why Blizzard bends the knee so much to these fuck tards. No matter if they change it, or would have designed it from the beginning with those "values" in mind - the end result just isnt a good outcome.
