Ran into someone today that is 20 years older than I am. We talked about a few things and I've known him for 30+ years now. He was talking about nickel beer night on Tuesdays and I remember when I was an early teen everyone went to bars on Tuesday early. Nickel beer night. Guess those days are long past.

Now playing something like Galaga I can still remember how leading edge the graphics looked when it first came out.
How smoothly the enemy ships moved and in a pattern, and so fast.

So at 39 I’m finishing up a degree finally. It’s a “working adults” type school and there is a mix of ages in the classes so far. Tuesday night, this young chick, married with children, didn’t know what Napster was.....she says “oh, it’s like that lime wire thing we used in middle school?”

OMG this just happened to me, too. We go to FL for Thanksgiving every year. I was walking down the beach and some people were having like a little bonfire on the beach so I stopped by just to be friendly. There were a few older couples there but most were in the 20s and early 30s. I thought they were speaking a foreign language. I just smiled, waved, and kept walking LOL
