If I remember correctly Fox screwed Whedon again with the start of Dollhouse and didn't let him write the first 6 or so episodes. They wanted to do it their way. Then you can tell right where Whedon picks up. All the smart jokes even in the dramatic periods etc.

I remember either waiting for it to be day to run through kithicor because it was swarming with the dead or running high up on the walls around the outside trying not to pee myself. You really can add a lot of immersion and character to a game with something so simple.

I have read a ton of huge epic series, SOIAF, WoT etc and i have the same problem. They toss you in the middle and you have no idea what is going on. I have tried to do this series like 5x now and I can't get very far before I just kinda lose interest because of it.

I agree. I think this season is 100x better than the season that was 90% about Don and his divorce etc and had almost nothing to do with the office. The office politics and ad stuff etc I think are far more interesting.
