Played it off an on throughout the alpha phases and it's entertaining enough for the first 20 hours and then becomes just a chore.

This came shortly after the original movie and was born out of a simple short they filmed for the fuck of it. It was only because the first series of this was well received that we got the genius that is the FX version. The leads are so delightfully clueless.

The further you get from the point where the timeline splits the more extreme the differences become. By Midway through season 2 you start wishing this was the real history.

I would say less Bourne and more Bond. I mean it had a car chase, gadgets galore, secret formulas... Hell the Red Room itself was a classic Bond villain over-the-top lair. Even had Natasha quoting along with a Bond film she was watching before her generator conked out.
