Use the remaining time of the current Season to learn game systems, to get comfortable with a class or classes. Do this to prepare for the next Season when you can take full advantage of what it offers to boost your account.
Made some gains today. Clicked my MH Godr to TRI, and Dahn's to DUO. Outta high failstacks now though, lol. Then Bloodstorm finally dropped the Ragged Wing...so a new long term goal is set. Been trying to focus on gearing up to 700GS+, but its nasty difficult. Think I'll be stuck at 692 when the...
@Cynical If you do decide to spend money on BDO, I would suggest getting items that will be Account wide first; Tent / Value Pack / Pets, save the Character specific stuff until you've tried out several classes to find the one that just feels right.
But they were right, and you were wrong. It is ok.
Hope they are not using some sort of macro. There was some KR post about using a new tool to detect people that afk grind via holding down buttons for too long in sequence or some such. Funny reddit thread:
Nah, its totally feasible, just not likely. The Fang crystals are selling above 210m, getting a couple of those in an hour grind, plus the other stuff will get you above 600m for sure. But getting that many is very rare.
Made 1.1bln in 2hrs on my Season witch at Gahaz, though I did get one Weapon Invasion all to myself. Still though, the rotation I found was too big to really notice the faster respawns. It was more fun than Centaurs though, with the Shadow spawns. Dash classes, at a better (more dense) rotation...
Has anyone tried out the buffed Gahaz? On paper it should earn more than Centaurs for the same amount of Agris spent, but I've never really grinded there. It got the respawn treatment, and trash value is now 20k, with an Agris point value of 2 per kill. So, that is like 600m per 20k agris spent...
Seems to be rare according to Reddit, some people are saying new players who haven't finished the main story or killed more than a couple bosses have gotten it. Its Reddit though.
Edit: There are people who are actually upset that R2 "requires" DLSS to run well. People are very odd.
Afaik, it will sell at the higher price if PO's are up. I think at one time it used to sell for what you wanted, and people used that to move items to other people, so it was changed.
Was looking at my Succ Ranger and Succ Valk today and noticed neither of them have any add-ons for Prime skills (aside from the Awakening crossovers), is this true for all Succession classes?
These people were also mad about the increase in Marni instance availability, lol. Their main excuse as to being mad about the dec+dec / family karma was that ppl could grind over them without consequence. Yet..you could simply go into a marni zone if it was available, or the other person could...
Wow. Upcoming KR PvP changes:
[공지] 모험가님들께 드리는 편지 | 검은사막 한국
TLDR:
Guild wars will be changed so that the war is only started if BOTH guilds war each other.
Karma will be made family-wide
Marni Private Realm will recharge after an hour (allowing you to grind in an instance every other hour)...
Right, I've unlocked all those classes and I can pick them when making a new character. But if you don't pick one of those unlockable classes at creation, you apparently have to go unlock them again. I had wanted to make an Engineer / Summoner or Alchemist, but there are no npc's which sell...
So are the unlockable classes; Alchemist, Summoner and Invader only available when you start a new character, and then you have to go unlock them again? I can't find any npc (so far) that sells the engram for those three.
A lot better, but if you never made it past the first boss in R1... this might be too much for your boomer reflexes. ;p
@Hateyou Nah, the last boss is total ass for sure, but everything else I've experienced has been worth the price.
Dang, this last boss fight has to be the worst I've ever seen. Might be cool looking aesthetically, but mechanically it is just poorly tuned for solo, imo.
I can get it to the switching phase, but there is too much shit on the screen.
I went to my Campaign Yaesha, the first zone, then zoned out to Labyrinth. Came back in, had a blood moon. Did that cycle and managed to get 11 essence, which let me get Summoner. I'd like the armor set, but that can wait. Once I finish Root Earth, I can work on unlocking Invader.
I had 8...
Trying to get Blood Moon Essence is really lame, like the very definition of lame. Spent that past couple of hours just to get a Blood Moon to appear in a zone. Zero.
There seems to be a pretty decent difference between a Campaign zone and an Adventure Mode version of that zone in terms of mob...
While running around Eon Vault, I decided to enter one of the sidepaths that I had opened up, and it was the Astropath's Respite dungeon. Cleared the place, killed the boss, got the loot, but there is no exit. Looked on Reddit and the only ppl talking about it are doing some mission or quest...
Found the ship, got a ring and an amulet, was hoping to get the sidearm, but looted 5/6 pods, I think.
@Vorph Ah, so the Alchemist set is called "Academic" which is the Greater Sewers, I think, or Tillers Rest. Will check it out, thanks.
So I started a Handler, will it ever be possible to use another Archetypes starter armor while the Handler is the primary class?
@Janx I'm currently on Eon Vault and I've seen a few of those coffin/pods, but with the map fully explored, I've yet to see anything like a rocket ship to send off...
Got both Alchemist and Engineer today. The Nerud place kinda reminds of a cleaner Grineer tileset from Warframe. My one complaint about the game so far is the controller setup, but not sure if it could be better. Numerous times I go do "hold" a skill, and it also fires off the weapon mod. Much...
A random joined my game for Bloat King, got past it easily. Then we went on an hours long journey. Game is really good, especially since it appeals to my "explore everything, everywhere" nature when playing a game like this. Truly, if you liked the first one, this is a must buy.
How does co-op work in regards to different players campaign progress? I've joined a couple games for the Great Sewers dungeon, and the boss kill doesn't update my own progress at all. Is there something I need to do after the boss kill other than move to the next checkpoint?
The game isn't solo friendly so far, at least the bosses. Since I didn't care for the Challenger, I rerolled to Handler. My first world on that character was "Morrow Parish", a very bloodborne like zone with vampires and wererats. Found the dungeon and can't kill the boss (Bloat King), get it to...
Made a challenger, got past tutorial and went into a world with robots. First are was full of fling robots that my skill couldn't touch. Cleared that area of mobs, but saw one more off in the distance, shot it.. and some new type of mob got pissed off at me, killed me. Called it for the night.
