It's just how it worked out. I picked the best card in each pick. Every nuke I picked was by far the best choice, and I had 3 spellbreakers (again, they were up against shitty cards in the draft) that always seemed to topdeck exactly when I needed them. I'd mulligan for the fastest start...

None. It was just a really fast faceshaman deck with enough nukes to put me in lethal range really early.

You could see all the touristy stuff in 2 days/1 night for sure. I did mean that you should probably spend 2 nights there, though. You could spend a day seeing the bridges and Alcatraz, etc, and another day just checking shit out or heading to the Muir Woods (highly recommended).

You'd most likely fly out of Orly, not CDG, if you were flying from Paris to a regional destination. For anything less than 4 or 5 hours then a train is probably ok, but flying is the faster and cheaper alternative for most travel between countries.
