Yeah I would be pretty happy with that pack as well, murloc warleader is a must for a murloc deck and saves you from having to craft it. Mukla was in the spotlight until wild pyromancer became common, but it's still a good enough legendary to actually run in many decks.

it's just the number of games they play. if your deck is consistent it will move up, and then it's just a matter of getting lucky to avoid your counters, and playing enough games that your wins steadily pull ahead of your losses.
