true. Its certainly a strong draw effect, but the 4 slot is a key spot for druid, and this is a do-nothing card, it also makes it more difficult to play UI. I definitely see this in decks that NEED to draw their late-game combo, but that's about it. Too many other 4 drops competing for the slot...

I think it's OP mainly because of the mana cost. And on 8+ mana you can combo with minions or armor synergy removal. And Rush is an insane board control effect. Tempo Warrior should be making a return due to this card.
