I just finished building out Quin's version of that build (Flash Fire Wizard - T10 Speed - Wizard - Diablo III Builds - Diablo Fans) and it is pretty redic. Definitely makes TX runs pretty much a joke and leads to some funny moments if you let Goldwrap or In-Geom expire at the wrong times.
