Yeah like you really had a chance with or without him.
Steelers and Saints suck as much as or worse than the Cowboys, would come down to the Redskins game - assuming the Giants don't win out.

How is it now is the time to replace Cam Cameron? All these years and ups and downs, thisis the moment they decide to change things?

Also, I don't claim to be an expert but I'm not sure Caldwell is much of an upgrade. Doesn't fill me with warm fuzzies for the Raven's future.
The season is pretty well shot, might as well give Caldwell a few games so you can decide whether to go looking for an OC in the off season. If he sucks you're just improving your draft for next year.

No, but Cutler can tell him all about the NFC championship game.

Has Romo ever seen one without having to log on to Ticketmaster.com?

You are right just 6-2 but he didn't know what it was like to not make it to the playoffs that year, maybe Cutler can tell him what that is like.
Isn't Romo pretty awful in December? I don't know his w/l but I know it's not even 500.. Also, what's he like 1-3 in the playoffs. It's not happening this year for the Boys..

For the Ravens? Don't they have to try to win in the playoffs or somthing still?

Baltimore is still 2 games up in the division. Home field/bye was probably gone with or without Cameron but barring a total collapse they're going to the playoffs. I'm guessing there was something going on behind the scenes with Harbaugh and/or Flacco..can't even remember the last time a probable division winner fired a coordinator with 3 games to go.

Yeah, Romo isn't the problem for the Cowboys in December. It's injuries and depth (outside of 2009), the defense has totally collapsed going into that month. They already have 6 injured defensive starters on IR at this point so looks like it's heading that direction again.

This is what I am thinking. Now seems like such an odd time to do it. Would waiting just a few more games really kill you here? I just can't imagine Caldwell turning them around in some magical way to matter this late in the game. Very strange.

p.s. There has to be a way for the board to just autoignore posts with the word "romo" in them to save millions of dollars of yearly bandwidth here.
