Sorry about last night, I was really high and fucking with Araysar. Romo is better then Cutler though, nothing has changed. Araysar likes to talk about Cutler getting to the AFC championship game as if it was some daunting task to beat the 7-9 playoff Seattle Seahawks after a first round bye, at least Romo beat McNaab in the playoffs who won a lot of playoff games. Manowar went to far saying he was better then Eli though.

Steelers O can hang with anyone when the line steps up and the receivers hold on to the ball. And they can't hang with Arizona when neither thing happens. And it's completely random from week to week if either/both things happen. I think they stumble in to the playoffs but I have very little hope that they can string together multiple weeks in a row of offensive consistency once there.

Even with the new offense under Haley the team is still built around ball control. It's just predicated on short passes more than runs now. When The Ben was healthy they were the most efficient 3rd down team in the league. They dominated time of possession. Receivers dropping wide open passes that hit them in the numbers fucks every facet of the game. Poor special teams coverage just exacerbates the issue when punting from their own 10 every drive. Chargers had the ball for 37 minutes yesterday and still only managed 294 yards of total offense. Held QB to 50%. Runners to 2.6YPC. But none of that matters when the team is starting every drive at midfield(5 drives STARTED in Pit territory), eventually they will score. Ike Taylor being out makes it even worse....

Guh, Super Bowl Defense, WTF will happen today? Offense.

ham who do you pick for tonight? Texans @ Pats -3.5

I think 40-24 Patriots.

We do need to consider that the Texans are likely sitting on their only loseable game, and even with a loss they've pretty much secured themselves a bye. Does that limit Arian Foster's touches? Probably not, but this is a MUST win for the Patriots, and a "we'd like to win" for the Texans
Is this an avatar bet offer? if so I'm in

Remember like 30 hours ago when I was all "Cowboy fans aren't so bad. They got smart and don't say retarded things 24/7 anymore blah blah blah".

Scratch all that. You cumdribbling cockpockets are back in full force.

Eli Manning..58%completion rate, 205tds, 99ints, 82.6 passer rating. Wow Romo is such a better player. I bet giants fans would totally swap QBs... Stats mean nothing and Romo is just an inconsistent QB who will always always play that way.
I'll take Eli over Homo any day and twice on Thursdays.

Oh AP? I think that's a fair statement that AP could end up being the better player at the end of his career. How often does a RB with his size, power and speed come along. AP is a fucking beast. It's just RBs that run they way he does tend to fall off about year 8. He's not Barry talk yet but he will be
AP is great and I try to draft him every year in Fantasy Football but he is NOT and NEVER WILL BE Barry Sanders. The moves Barry had never existed before he came into the NFL and will likely never be seen again in our lifetime. Even if AP racks up more yards will he be another Emmit Smith who everyone says he should thank Barry for retiring before he set all the records?

AP has his own style of running but play for play I don't think he's as good as Barry, great, phenomenal... but not Barry and never will be. AP had Stephen Hutchinson for a while too. Barry had one of the worst OL's run blocking for him that ever existed...

I can't count how many times I remember Sanders being hit in the back field a split second after the ball was handed to him and still managed to pull positive runs out of his ass and even once had a TD run after being met by two defenders immediately after getting the ball, the man was fucking houdini or however you spell it.

So... if the Rams win out, and SEA and SF lose out... The rams will take the division because they beat SF last week.

To quote Kevin Garnett, "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
It'll be very impressive if Seattle and SF lose out considering they still have to play each other.

Totally different kind of RB but stat wise I think it's really valid. I get where you're going with it. I just don't know if AP can play at the same level later on as sanders did.
Is what I was referring to. 2 different types of runners. I think AP is a more rare breed at this point in time though. And what he is doing with the lack of QB play he is getting... super impressive..

The Lions had a QB???? Rodney Peete, Andre Ware and Eric Kramer? I think Favre might have put up better numbers in his 2 years with AP then all 3 of those QB's did in Sanders career combined.

That comment reminds me of my uncle and having to explain to him how the "Redskins, Cowboys and Giants all winning out" isn't possible considering we play the skins in the last game of the year.

That was just a statement in regards to his year. He is performing and carrying a team like Sanders did. I'm not trying to make the argument that's he's done as much for the position as Barry Sanders did. That would be silly. We are mainly talking stats.
