Famm I heard a lot of friends today moaning about how much Flacco sucks and needs to go, but not about Harbaugh, why so down on him too?

I'm all in for Kaepernick having the higher ceiling than Alex Smith, and I don't really necessarily disagree with Kaep getting Smith's job. But what I hate is that Harbaugh has gotten completely away from what the 49ers do well on offense because he is trying to show people that he is right by playing Kaepernick and trying to run fancy plays that only he can run. It already cost them the Rams game, and it cost them at least 3 points on the drive that started from the 5 when they made no effort to run it up the middle with Gore.
