It's going to be fucked either way. I can imagine plenty of scenarios when a guy is going to catch a 60 yard bomb for an easy TD where a defender would just trip him up on purpose knowing you'd rather take 15 yards than giving up the TD (or X amount of yards > 15)

That's why it'd be a spot foul if it's blatant. Do you watch college football? If you don't, you need to just shut up, because you're starting to sound just as retarded as the rules in the NFL.

And in college is it not a spot foul but ONLY up to a max of 15 yards beyond the previous spot?
