Cutler is actually a good player at times. You guys have to admit the Bears offensive line is a fucking joke and has been for quite some time now. Jarmacus Webb is probably one of the worse players in the NFL, never mind his position or the o-line. They were one of the absolute worse teams in the league last year at giving up sacks. That has to be a factor when talking about QB play. If Cutler is constantly getting hurried and hit and sacked, he is going to throw for a lower completion % and turn the ball over as a side effect.
But, when the o-line can keep him clean against some of the more impotent pass rushing teams, the Bears usually win or produce big numbers on offense. He can def light it up if given the proper conditions. Put him behind the 49ers o-line and the guy would probably throw for 4300 yards and 39 TD's.
