Whats surreal about this whole situation is hit right next to home. North Attleboro is in Bristol County MA, which is the county my home town New Bedford is in (about 35 miles away). Sam Sutter, the DA, is the prosecuter, and Sherrif Tom Hodgson is basically the warden of the Dartmouth House of Corrections, where Hernandez is being held. (Dartmouth lock-up is like 4 miles from my house not even). They had Hodgson on ESPN being interviewed by Jeremy Schap answering questions concerning Hernandez and what will happen to him.

I actually met Tom Hodgson before and he is a fucking dick. My boy used to go out with his daughter (his daughter is fucking HOT though) so its kind of weird seeing these people get national air time. Whats even more funny is I know at least 4-5 people that are in Dartmouth and none of them are legit dudes. Dartmouth is where all inmates go while they await trial. He could be there for months or perhaps up to a year or more depending on how speedy the trial is. So basically, he is going to be locked up with some pretty fucking badass criminals. I bet he gets extorted or victimized and has to get PC'd.

I guess he asked Sherrif Hodgson when he could "get a drink" and ol' Tom told him "lol you got water in your cell". He then went on to explain Aaron will have to adjust to his new living conditions, and the prick even told ESPN that the facility was serving american chopped suey, green beans, and "a piece of bread" today. LOL.

Sam Sutter and Hodgson are eating this shit up. So crazy how dude is not even a few miles from me locked down with shady offenders. He went from living in a sprawling mansion with everything he could ever want, to being locked up in fucking DARTMOUTH HOUSE OF CORRECTIONS....LOL.

edit: They still need to find a murder weapon though. (He is gonna have a superlawyer, reasonable doubt.....) Also, getting convicted of carrying a firearm with no license in the Commonwealth carries an automatic 2 year jail sentence. High cap magazine as well as the other window dressing gun charges and you're talking 30 months or 3 years, easy. So even if he beats the murder wrap, no fucking way he beats gun charges. So he isnt going to play football until 2017 the earliest, if ever.

Did you just name drop and location drop in a single post?
I guess?

Im not lying though, lol. Its been all over local news and its all anybody's fucking talking about. Like, EVERYBODY.

Dartmouth House of Corrections is also a pretty fucked up place. Mass is having a huge problem with over-populated jails. They use the gym area to house inmates now. Its like a giant room with 50-60 bunkbeds with prisoners basically on top of one another (zero privacy).

And Michelle Hodgson is kind of hot though.

edit: Burnesto, perhaps. Im not saying he is going to get picked on and bullied, but Dartmouth houses some fucked up people. Gang affiliated habitual offenders who would love to muscle Hernandez into making payouts.

He'll never step foot on an NFL football field again. Even with just the gun conviction his resume would still say "gun charges surrounding an incident in which a man was shot approximately 5 times execution style". Not many GMs going to stick their ass that far out on a limb. Dude's a tight end, not a franchise QB or something.

He would probably have to be acquitted of every single charge in a speedy enough trial that gets him total freedom in a year to 18 months to have a chance. Isn't that about how much time Vick and Burress served before attempting a comeback?

Oh shit, other people live within an hour of one of the biggest metropolitan areas on the east coast and one of them is posting right here on this very board?!?!?! THAT'S SO FUCKING CRAZY, WOW! WHAT ARE THE ODDS?!?!?

Yeah Plax's career was essentially ruined over shooting his own leg and doing two years. There's no way he makes a comeback IMO unless he pulls off a great defense and gets off not guilty or with just probation or something. Sounds like he will need some serious help from a shooter being convicted and maybe his own cooperation in the case. After all the shit that's gone down so far though, I'd guess they are ready to nail his ass to a wall for anything they can get him on, even if that's only obstruction.

lol, no need to be a dick man.

It was just kind of weird seeing the county Sherriff on ESPN and knowing a popular Patriots star is locked up for murder right down the street basically.

Fuck off.

I'm sure it would be a great post on the Pats forum. Maybe over beers with some other Massholes.

Seriously, cool story though bro. Sheriff Hogslogger sounds like a wacky dude.

Sseing as how Hernandez is a 6'1" 245 lb gang affiliated habitual offender, I'm guessing it will be more like a homecoming to him than anything else.
