So when I was talking trash to a co worker on Friday about how the Browns would come out with their 3rd string QB and with no Trent Richardson and beat the Vikings he got all angry and bet me $100 on the Vikings to which I said I accepted.

I see him this morning and he says it was a joke and he wasn't serious and that he would never bet that much seriously on a Football game.

Annoyed I then told a few people in my office and now everyone who has made bets with him in the past (usually we just bet lunch) is calling on him to collect today and saying they wre done betting with him and he's no longer allowed in on office Fantasy sports or Superbowl squares. The dude is all mad at me now.

Screw that guy.

So it turns out with Vernon Davis out there is absolutely no one except for Boldin that is capable of getting open down the field. Take away Boldin and you take away the 49ers whole passing game. Quite depressing considering how long it's going to be before Manningham and Crabtree are back.

It also shows that the Packers defensive coordinator has a real talent for picking exactly the wrong game plan to play the 49ers.

Dom Capers is pretty terrible. Reminds me of this paragraph someone wrote about him in the offseason

By the way, Dom Capers is still the defensive coordinator of this team. How is that possible? This defense has 60 first-rounders on it and BLOWS. And yet TV guys treat Capers like he's a goddamn sorcerer. OOOOH WHO KNOWS WHAT KIND OF BLITZES COACH CAPERS WILL DIAL UP? Dom Capers' defense can allow 7,000 yards over the course of the season, but if he gets a sack per half, he'll be like, "Job well done, me!"

I don't care how shitty Pittsburgh is now, any time you win on the road it's a good win. Until this year Seattle couldn't even do that

Can I be a two team faggot? Giants don't even count as a team right now, I would think...

I can't imagine what its like to be a Giants fan right now.

The team that everyone pegged as second worst after JAX is actually the best team in NY by miles.

I know how this will sound coming from me but....if you are going to count on Boldin to get opendown the fieldyou're pretty much fucked. There's a lot he does very well but getting separation on long routes isn't it. Maybe you mean short/intermediate in which case sure.

Lets talk a little about how awesome J-Cut is.

One of the offensive linemen described him"as "reptilian" and "cold blooded" Sunday night in the aftermath of the quarterback's clutch play in leading the Chicago Bears to a 40-23 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. "

"In the background, rookie right tackle Jordan Mills whispered: "He's Mr. Fourth Quarter."

"He has that ability, when everybody's nerves are kind of on edge and people have that heightened sense of whatever, Jay's just cool, just flatline out there," Long said. "In the huddle, on the sideline, in practice, Jay is a cool cat."

Oh no, you're having a bad start to the season, I wonder what it's like to be a ffan of a team that can't win games....
