Managed to snag a couple tickets to the 49ers game today. I was hoping to get to see a game at Candlestick this year, being the final season there and all. Hoping they continue to play well!
You picked a good game. That must have been a fun one to see live.

Great game plan by Greg Roman and that last TD drive was so god damn fun to watch. That's some fucking football right there.

I have no idea why this is so entertaining to watch over and over again, but it really is.

If that happened to Romo it would be the only thing they would be talking about right now on the networks "WR'S RIFT WITH ROMO?!?!"

Ohhhh RG3. I almost feel bad. If I didn't live in Indy and remember Jim Irsay saying he called him before the draft and he "did not want to play in Indianapolis". GET. FUKT.
Everyone knew the Colts had no intention of ever drafting him, but wanted RG3 to do a private work out anyways? Fuck that. The way Irsay pretended like he didn't know he was going to cut Manning and draft Luck was just insulting to Colts fans. I'm glad RG3 told him to kiss his ass rather than be used as leverage

Yeah, it was a blast. Did not picture it taking an hour and a half to drive about 4 miles on the 101 however. Oh well.

Definite low light of the day was the 49ers fan starting the wave in the 4th quarter with an injured Cardinals player getting strapped to a stretcher though. That shit wasn't cool. Haven't seen an update on his injury, but hopefully he is okay.

Oh, and Candlestick really is a pretty shitty stadium. That place is worn down as all hell, and getting in and out of there is AWFUL. New stadium should be awesome.

Yeah the wave was really tasteless. Between the announcers actually saying 'shhh' and multiple players doing both the cut throat gesture and waving down I was shocked people kept it going.

Somehow I also seem to be the only person that noticed a section or group of people shouting during the moment of silence for AP and his family, maybe it was just a group near where I was sitting and the sound didn't travel far.

I'm all for being excited and making Smith/Chiefs posts. They're doing great and I'd be excited as hell if I was a Chiefs fan. You've been posting stupid shit just like Itlan did the whole season after the Giants won the super bowl. If you're having understanding the difference then I don't know what to tell you.
why do you shit post so often? why dont you take your attitude to a different forum

sorry your team is stuck with a meat head run game QB, tough luck.

I did not look to see if this was posted already.

LOL, that look. Give brady 3 chances to win the game in 3 minutes and thats what happens. It was a good game despite some tough calls. Pats defense, especially their dbs seem to be the real deal. If only we could pick up one first down.

Yeah, Candlestick is horrible, particularly getting to and from the stadium. For all the bitching SF did about them moving down to Santa Clara, if BART connects to the stadium it will probably actually be easier for a lot of people in San Francisco to get there than it was when it was on Candlestick Point.

I forgot to say that the Cardinals DBs played really well in the first half yesterday. Never seen so many balls batted out of receiver's hands, particularly in those first two goal line stands in the first quarter.

Damn Costas going after the Redskins now. Get ready to buy new team attire Elurin.
While I don't think they should change the name, I have little doubt that The Ginger Hammer will "force" it on Dan Snyder within the next couple of years so that he and the league at large can serve as the punching bag for the inevitable fan backlash. That being said, there are quite a few fan suggestions for new names and logos. Some of them actually look pretty good.

Wait, teams that weren't the Vikings actually had moments of silence for AP and his family? Because a child died that AP didn't even know about until a few months ago and hadn't even met until he was on his death bed? That seems like a stretch to me. Its a shitty thing, but people die all the time and this kid was hardly part of APs family.

They were mourning the loss of a possible first round pick in 18 years.

I doubt they investigate how much the player loved their dead child to decide if they'll have a moment of silence or not
