RG3 isn't wrong. The NFL can only get what college football is producing, and it isn't traditional pocket passers. Look at all the top NCAA teams and QB prospects, Jameis Winston at Florida State, Johnny Football, Marcus Mariota at Oregon, Brett Hundley at UCLA.
the QB position now takes very athletic players to play it well at the college level, and the NFL will follow suit by default. Look at pure pocket passers in recent drafts (Gabbert, Weeden, Barkley, Ponder, etc) compared to guys who can run as well (RG3, Luck, Wilson, Kaepernick, Locker, Tannehill, Cam Newton, etc)
It's very, very obvious what direction the NFL is going. The days of the immobile pocket passer(Manning, Marino, Bledsoe etc) are numbered
