I've been to one game at the Ed Jones Dome. The acoustics were so bad, I couldn't even hear the announcer. And it sure wasn't being masked by crowd noise.

ESPN is paying over a billion/yr for these shitty ass games this season...I know that the schedule is finalized in spring/summer, but shit. I really wish the NFL had full control over the flexing and ideally they'd start it at week 6 or so. By then you can tell who should be on prime time and who is Jacksonville.

I also don't buy the conspiracy theory about the NFL sticking it to ESPN with these bad games. Just stupid to play out a 6 month old schedule or whatever that has potentially been shit on by real world game results.

You can't flex out Mondays and Thursdays without fucking the schedule in a logistical nightmare. It's also not a conspiracy. It's policy. Sunday night is a marquee game and everyone gets a prime time game at some point. Since there are bad teams, bad teams must necessarily play on Mondays or Thursdays.

They could be butthurt about holding the Seahawks scoreless (until that last play) for almost a half while Clemens won't let them get off the field with his shitty picks. Frustration, etc.
