Alex Smith has the same problems as Kaepernick. He doesn't perform well in big games. The difference is, the Chiefs defense is performing a lot better than the 49er's defense. Also, their offensive coordinator isn't a complete dipshit.

Ummm, they just held Carolina to 10 points and 3 of them came off of a turnover in their own territory. They have held their opponents to an average of under 12 points over the last 6 games. What more do you want the defense to do?
