Alex Flanagan on NBC just said Garrett told her that the last interception play was supposed to be a run, but Romo checked out of it. How many other runs did he check out of?

The thing is, if he meant the very last interception, why are they now running down 1 with a minute to play.

That's what I was thinking. They should have run the three prior possessions, but down with under 2 minutes you gotta pass almost every down.

Interceptions go against the QB. So Romo doesn't get a pass for any of them, no matter the reason. However, this offensive scheme is totally owned by Jason Garrett. If the scheme calls for 3 straight pass plays when up by over 2 td's in the 2nd half, then the scheme and the coach that installed have to go. Fire Garrett tomorrow.
