Is Manning the best or at minimum 1 or 1a still? Definitely.

Does it seem like the Ravens secondary might also not be so great this year? Definitely.

I don't know if he was even at the game, but since they made him #1 in the season countdown, I was thinking that having him get struck by lightning right before the opening kickoff would be a pretty amazing way to start the season.

I wonder what Manning's ring count would look like if he had the support in Indy that he does in Denver.

His WR have always been decent, but often his playbook has been WAY too passive. I know he calls his own plays a lot, but his plays in Denver does not mimic his plays in Indy. If he wasn't throwing to Harrison or Wayne, he was throwing a 4 yard pass to a guy that was stopped and had no momentum, putting them in shitty situations and 3rd and whatever. He had to throw because the Colts run game barely did anything. Also the Colts defense hasn't been good in.. forever? Sure upfront some of the guys were nasty, but the secondary was awful. Oh and special teams, don't even get me started.

At least Manning is good enough to shine through all the shit, but his records would be way higher if he was surrounded with a little more talent.

Then again I guess that could be said for a lot of players.

I hope it was just that the Ravens D is shitty. If the Broncos are actually that good, I don't see the Bengals beating them in the AFCCG.

I can't even answer this. Ugh.

I do know that I've never seen Ponder throw a ball as well as that TD pass to Thomas two years ago in the playoffs. I don't even think Christain is capable of throwing further than like 40 yards.

Let's calm down with the Denver hype. The AFC is garbage, but Manning has a knack for choking in the playoffs.
