Nope once you leave Norway you can catch up on everything from origins and odyssey on the laptop. I never paid attention to origins but odyssey I kinda did and now after seeing it in Valhalla I kind of caught on.

Call was fake apparently. Either a swatting or one of their blue-hairs encountered a fellow employee who criticized socialism or said something like there are only two genders and that felt like being held hostage.

The game sounds like refried ass. Everything sounds like its in another room...turning on the increased NPC dialog audio option (when has that ever been an option?) caused an echo to the main character. It's weird as fuck and I have zero audio problems in any other game. I searched before bitching and this is a very common complaint with the game.

The issues I had with the sound and popping on PC were due to Bluetooth. It was mentioned by others but the fix was just shutting it off and using a cable.

Chersk besides the audio issues, your post made me realize the vastness of the disparity between a good, solid game and true excellence.. AC Valhalla is a good game but compared to either of the MIddle Earth games it isn't even on the field of play. I guess that the difference between putting 2 games out as opposed to what 8?

Yep, it's like 600 usable. Pretty terrible. I moved over some PS4 games but only a fraction of what I have, and already having to delete things to make room for like, a 10th game.

That is inconceivable to me, why would they make such a concession. I mean games keep getting bigger and yet they give a smaller hard drive? Hopefully it is just like that for the first iteration.

About to sail to England and almost collected everything in Norway, the Elk owned me though so will try later.
Is it a waste to upgrade the Raven Armor you start with? Guess hanging on to ingots until later is a safer bet?
I like the game a lot, but the combat is a bit wonky at times. I have never played AC on the PC before, only PS3/PS4 but I like the PC gameplay much better.

I’ve completed two story arcs in England and just barely started upgrading—just weapons though, no armor. I was waiting to find better items to upgrade but then hit a boss I was having a tough time with. I upgraded and wrecked him. Guess I was past the upgrade due date.
