This has always been my issue. People always clamor to fire a coach/manager, but if you don't think you have someone better lined up it doesn't actually help.

How many coaches came in and were successful right away? They need time to grow and learn. Shanahan is very good at offense, and he seems to build a good culture. But there are definitely holes in his game and decision making. But getting rid of him isn't the answer.

Let him continue to grow and learn.

LA is transient as fuck and a HORRIBLE football town. The Raiders are about the only football team they've ever really supported and that's only because of all the fucking Mexicans there. The Lakers and the Dodgers are about the only teams they go nuts for.

The Rams owned the LA fan base then they fucked off to Anaheim, started sucking in the 90s then moved to St Louis for 25 years or whatever. Any fan base they had are old fucks like me.
