I'll say this...overall we had very good O line play, a decent running game, and a WR1 in McLaurin who frankly just needs a good QB to start putting up some big seasons. Whether or not that is enough to sway anyone over all the normal dysfunction/drama/etc, who knows.

I just don't seeing it being a destination until you get a new owner, another new name, and a complete culture change top to bottom which may or may not even include Rivera.

Yeah I agree it's not a total UFA ideal destination (although I disagree in general with the culture change as far as Rivera goes...even if I'm not sold on him as a good/great head coach at all). Just pointing out the obvious positives on the offensive side of the ball that might be appealing to a QB coming in.

The culture change comment was meant more for the owner/front office. Not towards Rivera, just saying if those things change, maybe Rivera's status changes also.

The theory/hope is the culture change for the actual team itself has already happened with Rivera, as Snyder really did seem to hand him full control of all that with hopefully no meddling. I'm just not sure he's a good enough coach on his own for even the culture being changed or changing to matter.
