1 team took Mariota. that's not the whole league. Also, there's a slight difference in taking Mariota for a 22 million less cap hit and not having to give up a pick or player or something on top of that than saying he's actually better than Jimmy. Like even you get that right?

Yeah, and the only thing the falcons are trying to compete for next season is a high draft slot. Mariota isn’t a replacement for Ryan, he’s “the rules tell us we have to play a player at this position”.

You cant deny that the market was cold for Jimmy.

He just isnt as good as the 49ers and some of their fans think he is. Worse QB rating in the 4th quarter of playoffs in NFL history.

2 pick Jimmy needs to just be cut but Lynch cant stomach it.

Interesting note from Rappaport as well here. The wording is what I find interesting, and clearly Hill is looking for highest paid WR, and not "one of" the highest paid.

Would be a bummer if that happens this season. I was looking forward to watching that division. But Hill on the Dolphins alongside Waddle could be fun.

They didn't give Juju much tho, unless he hits the incentives(then it's like 10?). Think it's base worth is like 3 million or something.

That is quite the haul. Will be very curious to see how well he does with Tua throwing to him instead of Mahommes.

Funny, that is the pick Miami got from the 49ers for them to trade up to get Lance.
