After being wined & dined for the past week, I have decided to take my talents to LA and join Denamian Denamian in rooting for greatest franchise in NFL history. It is a 3 year contract with a player opt out after the 2nd season. The contract is fully guaranteed and has a full no trade clause.

I would like to thank the 49'ers for a great couple of years and wish them the best of luck.

Jackson, who represented himself in the negotiations, landed his deal 10 days after Jalen Hurts signed a five-year contract extension for $255 million, including $180 million guaranteed. It also came shortly before the start of the NFL draft, when the Ravens could have selected a quarterback in the first round.

It would be great if the Cowboys could snag the Notre Dame TE. That guy is awesome, and they lost Dalton Shultz to Houston.

Ravens caved. Hope it doesn't turn out like Murray's deal in Arizona so far. I think that's too much for Lamar, personally, but guess we'll see.

If he stays on the field, should be worth it. I have my doubts about that tho.

Not even remotely interested in TE Pendershot and Ferguson are going to be fine and even flashed last year when Dak was out, Dak had a thing for Schultz and he needs to trust the younger guys like he did Schultz. Schultz is going to disappear in Houston, just like he did when Cooper was starting.

Go get a Guard, WR or DT in the first or even trade back and then get that Guard and more day 2 picks. I wouldn’t even draft a TE this year not because of the class, it’s a great class for TE but because I have faith that Pendershot and Ferguson can get the job done because they did so as rookies with Cooper when Schultz straight up fucking vanished, they didn’t sign him for a reason and it’s because the young guys are more than capable.

I thought lamar was demanding a fully guaranteed contract and that was the sticking point? seems like hes the one who budged slightly on his demands? I guess just a practical compromise by both sides after he saw Hurts didnt get a fully guaranteed contract.
People were saying Hurts contract was bad for lamar but actually it gave him an easy way out of his guarantee demand, 'fuck it, just give me more than hurts'

He's already proven he can't stay on the field. I've even seen people acting like dude is gonna suddenly start lighting it up in the air if they secure Hopkins too, because a top tier receiver is gonna magically fix his passing mediocrity.

I was the best fan you could ever had for the 49'ers. Always remained positive regardless of the injury woes. Almost carried us to another Super Bowl with Purdy.

If he had a contract last year, I suspect he would of absolutely played in the final game if not more than that.
