How does a kicker go from being called the greatest in NFL history to being one of the least accurate in the league so quickly?
He has a new holder the last two years. While his overall accuracy was good last year, he was only 1-5 from 50, with 50 being the longest make. Of course, everyone says it's not an issue at all, but it makes you wonder when he was 9-14 from 50+ with a long of 58 just the year before that one.

Oh cool, Warner in the locker room too. He wasn't on the field for that long run.

I'm predicting 49-3

If I'm SF i am ending his season and letting him rehab for 2025. The season is all but lost, just chalk it up to bad RNG with injuries and move on to next season.

I would tend to agree.

His rehab might need to be surgically repair his achilles' at this point if this is related to his earlier shit this year, pretty sure it is both of them as well, which sounds rough

Yeah I saw that too, but they are saying he injured his knee on that 18 yard run. So I dunno

If you look closely, his knee wobbles outward after the calf does that. His foot hit the artificial turf in a very weird way. I love how the game is 100% dedicated to player's safety while they still keep artificial turf at about 50% of the stadiums. Everyone knows artificial turf causes tons of injuries, but everyone ignores this issue in favor of QBs possibly getting hurt from a light tackle.

Yeah it's pretty crazy. It seemed there was a lot of discussion this offseason about moving all fields to real turf, but that has seemed to die out. There really is zero reason not to make it happen

Most of them dont want real grass because it is near impossible to keep up and still use the stadium for other events.

Will be shocked if CMC isnt done for the year. No point in Niners bringing him back this season either with their record.

I remember when Levi's stadium was built, and how hard they had to work at getting the field in a good condition. Now it is supposedly one of the best turfs out there, so it is definitely possible, even with other events
