Zero explanation. Refs were so against us the entire 4th quarter that was unreal.

Well I'd say generally it's to allow the chains to move but I don't see any point in that at the 3 yard line or whateverNah, wasn't any undue delay, idiot ref running in just made the signal to stop the clock for no reason and clock operator stopped it just long enough for them to spike it.
