Injuries on the offensive side have really fucked them a little at a time to the culmination of the Tank Dell one last weekend. Sounds like he won't be back next year either, ACL, MCL, LCL tears and the dislocated knee cap

Yeah he's fucked for next year. Do they have injuries on their O line? Because Mixon went from a hammer early in the season to them not being able to run the ball very well for awhile now. Losing Diggs and now Dell doesn't help, Nico Collins only real receiving threat they have left. Teams manage to limit him and they really have nothing left. Watching their offensive line pass protect is comical.

Even if the Bengals win vs the Broncos this weekend, the Broncos only getting the Chiefs' starters for part of a game at most in Week 18 should give the Broncos the win* and be the final nail in the coffin for the Dolphins / Colts / Bengals playoff chances.

*Chiefs / Broncos would have been the SNF game, right, as it's the only win and you're in scenario I can see at this point (assuming LA wins vs the Pats on Sat), even if it will be a wet fart of a game... if it wasn't for Lions / Vikings deciding 1st vs 5th seed, barring the Packers somehow winning this weekend.

Edit: To be clear, I am thinking something like this: ESPN.com's 2024 NFL Playoff Machine - Playoff Matchup Predictor , though depending on when the WAS/DAL game is played vs GB/CHI, you could see GB resting starters for the wildcard round. (I am just now internalizing how badly the Commies beating the Eagles has locked the Packers into the damned 7th NFC seed.)

I think you are looking a little too far ahead. The GB/Minn game this weekend is a tossup, and Atlanta could easily beat Was Sunday night. Its just as likely GB wraps up 6 seed as the other way around with Was getting the 6 seed.

The best thing about the games tonight was Pentatonix absolutely obliterating every version of the National Anthem sang at a professional sporting event this year.

thats about it tho.

We should be out. What an embarrassing season. Top tier offense, but quite literally the worst Bengals defense of all time. If it was the 5th worst Bengals defense of all time we'd be 13-2 or 12-3. Awful.

The entire coaching staff should be fired. But we have probably won enough games this year that Paul Brown keeps everyone. I look forward to a nice draft pick in the low 20's that we will wiff at. I will say Amaris Mims looks like he is turning into an excellent OT. So I guess we get lucky every now and again.

I'm not sure Lou is keeping his job.
