This seems the most likely outcome to me at the moment, but closer score than that. KC has just not done well against NFCN teams lately and as good as their Defense has been, I don't see them containing the Lions offense. They will NEED to score 35 minimum to win, which they have not really done all season. The other likely matchups are much more dicey for the Lions and I think the impending Rams NFCCG is arguably the hardest challenge they will have, unless the Ravens manage to not shit the bed like they usually do.

What post-McCarthy drug binge have you been on? I've been around all season.

If search wasn't borked, maybe I could figure out why I hadn't noticed that awesome avatar in a while.

It's not so much celebrating his dismissal. It's bracing myself for a replacement that will make me miss him. Like Deion. I keep telling everyone The Deion thing is a joke to help Deion get a better contract from CSU. But secretly ... down deep inside ... I'm worried.

If he hires Deion, they are definitely getting his son too. Jerry wants that circus show around his team. It's good for his bottom line, and that is all Jerry cares about.

I read somewhere that he is already breaking the bank as far as CU goes.

If he hires Deion, I'd be salivating to be the coach that drafts Shadeur and holds him ransom for a reverse Herschel Walker trade.

I heard that too. But there are other things, like guaranteed money or longer term. Is he AD yet? He might want that.

Deion would have to coach for free first year knowing Jerry in order to pay his $8m buyout

Let’s make it happen. Fully embrace being the most hated team of all time. You think Cowboys coverage is insufferable now, just wait. Deion will have anybody watching the media think it’s the National Cowboys Football League.

Jones had spoken with future Cowboys Hall of Fame tight end Jason Witten recently, and the 11-time Pro Bowler was part of a plan Jones had for McCarthy's second Cowboys coaching contract, NFL Media reported on Tuesday night. The reported set up was for Witten to be the "heir apparent of sorts" to McCarthy, who is 61 years old. That's when McCarthy reportedly walked away from conversations with Jones to continue as the coach of the Cowboys.

Jones is a tool.
